Ebb Bayley (they/he) is a painter based between Berlin and Orcas Island. His work uses fabricated archaeologies to retell stories of transformation. Formally, the dissolving forms and static surfaces in the work reflect the conditions of Bayley’s visual disability. He deploys painting as a type of recounting, finding habitable moments in creaturely bodies.
